In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will manage consumer complaints, support cross-functional collaboration, and lead a small team focused on freshness evaluation. This is a key position that requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively across different functions and locations.Main Responsibilities:You will be the main point of contact for handling consumer complaints, both over the phone and via email, ensuring timely and professional responses. You will work closely with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement. Part of your role will include managing a small team of market monitoring located in different sites, coordinating information collection upon the quality and freshness of our products (Freshness Panel activities) in compliance with our internal methodologies and legal requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and escalating critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders when needed.Who we are looking for:We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, who is proactive and able to act calmly and effectively in diverse situations. You should have at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the FMCG sector, although relevant experience from other industries or other dynamic environments is also valued. You may have a background of Economics, Food Technology, Marketing or other similar, while studies or experience related to Food Safety and Quality is preferred. You should be fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
