- Design & Compatibility: Ensure software compatibility, highlight deviations, analyze design changes, and maintain updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- High & Low-Level Designs: Develop and present HLD to customers, prepare CIQ documents, create LLD, and generate instantiation templates and MOP.
- Implementation & Integration: Create data fill/backfill using automation tools, onboard and deploy PACO nodes, integrate and configure nodes per LLD, and validate MOP.
- Migration & Go-Live: Plan migration and go-live strategies with TPM/customers, execute software upgrades, and provide post-upgrade support.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Execute system and functional ATP test cases, perform bug scrubbing, conduct feature activation testing, and support troubleshooting/trace analysis.
- Support & Documentation: Assist in Care handover, open trouble tickets, work with care teams during emergencies, and document lessons learned in LL tools and KT sessions.
- Process & Governance: Follow internal JIRA processes, ensure compliance with best practices, and deliver PaCo technical solutions as per defined LLD.
- Emergency & Post-Deployment: Support post-upgrade stabilization, ensure smooth service migration, and provide 4-eye review during critical activities.
- Expertise in design and deployment of at least 2 PACO nodes.
- Deep understanding of PACO portfolio products and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in creating HLD, LLD, CIQ, and MOP documentation.
- Experience with network migration and go live strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills of PACO nodes.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience in mentoring and knowledge-sharing within teams.
- Ability to lead a team of DSA/SE in complex projects.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Nokia).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce, and customer ticketing tools.
