- Create and nurture relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation of all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best service delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning to strengthen your knowledge of our products and services.
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written); English knowledge is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in client relations or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
