- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishesaccording to the resort's recipes and standards.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, andtaste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients and mise en place fordaily service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies toensure availability of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygienestandards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items andspecials.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalismand a positive attitude.
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar ina fine dining or luxury hospitality setting. (preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptionalfood quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multipletasks with ease.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events andbanquets.
