- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the higheststandards of food preparation and presentation.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the resort's recipes andstandards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhereto established procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies toensure availability of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygienestandards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff todevelop new menu items and specials.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalismand a positive attitude.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events andbanquets.
- Maintain accurate records of food production and wastage.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role ina fine dining or luxury hospitality setting. (preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptionalfood quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multipletasks with ease.
- Fluency in English.
