We are excited being a preferred partner for global brands like Nike, Adidas, Reebok in the SEE.We are looking for a talented & passionate E-shop Operations Assistant Supervisor for our Logistics Center in Aspropyrgos!Role Responsibility:

Team Support & Supervision:

Assist in leading and supervising a team of e-commerce associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to operational workflows, and performance metrics, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Inventory & Order Management:

Help manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for online orders.
Monitor order fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
Work with the warehouse team to resolve inventory discrepancies or issues related to order fulfillment.
Process Improvement:

Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction within the e-commerce operations.
Help develop and implement operational best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Customer Service Support:

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries or issues regarding orders, returns, or product availability.
Help resolve operational issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems
Fluency in English
