Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and team leadership
Ensure an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand's premium identity
Drive sales and meet KPIs through client-focused service and product knowledge
Lead, coach and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent service
Assist in visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation
Manage daily operations, including cash handling, scheduling and reporting
Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and maintain a clienteling mindset

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Store Manager will be expected to possess the following:

Proven experience in a similar role in fashion retail, preferably in premium or luxury brands
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for styling and fashion trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English
At least 2 years of previous working experience in similar position, preferable in luxury consumer products
