Additionally, we aim to empower ourselves,colleagues, and local communities through innovative sustainability projectsthat we organize and run throughout the year!Job Opening: As wecontinue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced F & B Director to join our team!The Director of Food & Beverage is astrategic and hands-on leader responsible for the overall operation, planning,and success of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, includingrestaurants, bars, banqueting and in-room dining. The ideal candidate brings astrong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for deliveringexceptional guest experiences.Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Lead, manage, and train the F&B team across all outlets
Drive revenue and profitability through innovative concepts, qualitystandards, and cost control
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings andguest satisfaction
Oversee menu development, pricing, and vendor relationships incollaboration with the Executive Chef
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for theExecutive Committee & Banyan Group meetings
Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams to uphold serviceexcellence
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, events, and brandpositioning

Role Requirements & Person Specification

Minimum of 2 years' experience in F&B leadership roles, preferablyin a luxury or upscale hotel environment
Proven track record in managing large teams and multi-outlet operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong understanding of financial management, P&L, and budgeting
Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification preferred
A strong focus on training and service excellence based on LQA standards
