- Lead, manage, and train the F&B team across all outlets
- Drive revenue and profitability through innovative concepts, qualitystandards, and cost control
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings andguest satisfaction
- Oversee menu development, pricing, and vendor relationships incollaboration with the Executive Chef
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for theExecutive Committee & Banyan Group meetings
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams to uphold serviceexcellence
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, events, and brandpositioning
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in F&B leadership roles, preferablyin a luxury or upscale hotel environment
- Proven track record in managing large teams and multi-outlet operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of financial management, P&L, and budgeting
- Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- A strong focus on training and service excellence based on LQA standards
