Undefined period of time contract. act. rate 100%Position summaryResponsible for support of the organization of factory warehouse, through invoicing, reception of goods, packaging and raw material, inventory and production supply.A day in the life of...
- Everyday organizes and updates the team with orders and needs of supply chain and production.
- Facilitates and participates in daily reviews of warehouse, follows up KPIs , escalates and delegates actions.
- Prepares orders for supply and delegates deliveries to the team.
- Actively communicates with 3PLs in order to organize the deliveries.
- Invoices and receives goods, packaging and raw materials.
- Organizes and performs monthly, annual and ad hoc inventories for all materials in the warehouse.
- Follows up and support audits and actions. Coaches and trains the operators when needed.
- Perform quality controls and random audits to the goods received, trucks and containers.
- Ensure safety in all actions, coaches operators to work with safety and to identify any possible safety issue, and escalates any issue regarding safety.
- University degree degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering or any other field
- Master Degree in Logistics would be considered as an advantage
- Practical experience in logistic/warehousing
- Strong communication skills, service oriented, self-motivated
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Basic knowledge of English
- Fluency in Greek
- SAP knowledge is considered as a plus
