- Providing exceptional service to guests during their check-in and check-out process.
- Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and assisting them with registrations and inquiries.
- Accurately processing guest information and reservations using the hotel's Property Management System.
- Responding promptly to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.
- Upselling rooms and hotel services to enhance guest experiences while maximizing revenue.
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
