The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit n Engineering Officer to join our Industrial Operations team in our Sapes premises.As an Engineering Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the procurement and monitoring of spare parts within their area of responsibility, as well as for the accurate completion and maintenance of equipment maintenance records, in collaboration with the shift technician/supervisor/manager.More particularly:What you will do:

Procure and monitor domestic and international spare parts, ensuring safety stock levels of critical components are maintained.
Complete equipment maintenance records accurately, in collaboration with the shift technician/supervisor/manager.
Organize, inventory, and maintain orderliness of spare parts warehouses.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have:

Minimum of a BSc Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics
0-3 Years of experience in a relevant position

Job-Specific Skills:

Very good knowledge of English & MS Office
Effective time management, planning, and organization of tasks
Multitasking
Problem-solving skills
