The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Production Officer for the Long Acting Injectables (LAI) Production team at our Sapes premises.As a Production Officer, you will assist in the stock management process by accurately updating the company’s ERP system. You will review and prepare Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation and support investigations related to GMP compliance.More particularly:RequirementsWhat you’ll do:

Follow planning department processes as defined by SOPs and TDRs requirements
Act in accordance to the packaging plan issuing packaging purchase orders and coordinating the warehouse for the appropriate transfer of materials to production
Follow the production process completion is responsible to record all production quantities as well as the exhaustion data of packaging materials
Assist in raw materials’ and packaging materials’ stock monitoring following the production schedule
Be responsible for BOMs
Update SAP with all finished products
Monitor inventory control
Assist in the product release process in cooperation with Quality Control department

The ideal candidate should have:

BSc in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or related fields

Minimum Experience

2 - 3 years of experience pharmaceutical documentation

Job-Specific Skills

Excellent command of English
Computer literate
Knowledge of QMS and investigation
BMR review and its compliance
SAP, eQMS, LMS
