Consult with clients to gather insights on their specific product needs and business challenges
Design and recommend tailored solutions that align with client goals and enhance their operations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product implementation
Provide ongoing assistance and expert advice to clients for optimal product utilization
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to inform client recommendations
Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and support
Document feedback and insights for continuous service improvement
Requirements
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in product consulting, client advising, or a customer-facing role is preferred
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for understanding and explaining complex product concepts
Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented with a desire for continuous learning
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and product management tools is advantageous
