• Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
