- Assist Italian-speaking customers by providing top-notch technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
- Guide customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
- Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in our support system.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex technical problems.
- Stay informed on product updates and technical changes to continuously provide effective support.
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in a technical support role is advantageous.
- Strong ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
- Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently in a dynamic environment.
