This role is vital in providing outstanding customer support to our diverse clientele across the globe.As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will interact with customers in Dutch and other languages, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Your fluency in Dutch, coupled with your dedication to excellent service, will significantly enhance our customer relationships.Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Dutch and additional languages as required
Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain comprehensive records
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality customer service
Familiarity with customer service software and computer systems is advantageous
