If you are ready to make a difference inthe world of hospitality, we would love to hear from you.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team at Aegean Melathron Thalasso Spa hotel, located in Kallithea/Halkidiki. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's reservations process,maximizing occupancy and revenue, ensuring a seamless booking experience forour guests, and monitoring debtor balances/accounts.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Supervise, train, and motivate the team
Collaborate with Sales, eCommerce & Revenue teams to optimize occupancy, rates & revenues
Handle VIP, group, travel agency & tour operator and special request bookings
Prepare and analyze occupancy forecasts and reservation reports
Follow up on guest and agency advanced payments, ensuring timely deposits and accurate debtor balances

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Requirements

3-5 years' experience in hotel or resort reservations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of PMS and reservation systems
Understanding of basic accounting procedures related to reservations/accounts
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
