Maintain detailed inventory of computer equipment and deployed software with their respective status.
Obtain essential software fixes and patches for deployed software when they become available, testing, deploying, and archiving them.
Assist users when they report problems with their workstations, application software, or network access.
Set up and configure workstations for users, migrating users to different workstations.
Alert Information Security Manager in case of detected computer security violations or unauthorized hardware or software.
Assists company management in planning of network growth and configuration, computer security, deployment and specification of new computer or network hardware and software.
Assists in the processing of the receipt of computer or computer related equipment to include inventory of components and verification of operational status.
Assists in the operation and maintenance of the Company's network and related equipment.
Maintains and operates the Company's internet connection and related internet services.
Maintains and ensure that the Company's network and computer infrastructure are consistent with the Company's cyber security guidelines.

Required Skills

BSc degree in Information Technology or similar departments.
At least 3-year experience in computer hardware maintenance, workstations and servers.
Basic experience in computer and network administration for Windows 7 and above, Windows 2008 Server and above, VMware virtual servers, Linux, etc.
Security Clearance.
Good Communication Skills
Strong Problem-solving skills
Effective collaboration and teamwork
