If you are fluent in Danish and have a strong commitment to client service, we would love for you to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be the primary liaison for our Danish-speaking enterprise clients, dedicated to understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored consultancy that enhances their operational efficiency. Your contributions will be vital in building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.Responsibilities
Engage with Danish-speaking enterprise clients to identify their needs and objectives
Provide expert advice and customized solutions that align with client requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Continuously monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any challenges
Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients
Work together with colleagues to refine service offerings and enhance client experiences
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Demonstrated experience in client consulting or account management, preferably with enterprise clients
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
Experience in assessing client needs and delivering customized solutions
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at follow-up
Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
