Provide exceptional customer support in Danish for travel agency inquiries
Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and cancellations

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
Stay updated on travel trends and product offerings
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the travel industry
