Consult with clients to identify their product needs and business challenges
Design and recommend tailored solutions that align with client goals and operational needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product implementation and client satisfaction
Provide ongoing support and valuable insights to help clients maximize product usage
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to deliver informed recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
Document client feedback and insights for continuous service improvement
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in product consulting, client advising, or related customer-facing roles is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Aptitude for understanding and explaining complex product concepts
Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented with a desire for continuous learning
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and product management tools is beneficial
A genuine interest in new trends and innovations in product solutions
