Assist Danish-speaking customers with online shopping inquiries through chat, email, or phone.
Offer detailed product information and personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Engage in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and best customer service practices.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong commitment to customer service, particularly in an online retail context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service.
Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital communication tools.
