Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Assist customers with inquiries related to virtual job opportunities and freelance platforms.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with your team to meet service level objectives and continuously improve user experience.
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new features and industry trends.
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in virtual job platforms or freelance services, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
