Deliver high-quality support to Finnish-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone communication.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the online platform promptly and efficiently.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries when necessary.
Guide users on platform features and promote active engagement.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service abilities.
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
No prior experience needed; enthusiastic entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
A strong desire to learn and a keen interest in technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-centric mindset and a friendly attitude.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
