- Welcome the Hotel guests, provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all
arrival till departure.
- Conduct in - room & hotel familiarization and assist guest in hotel enquiries/ requests/
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including
guest queries.
- Process accounts from check in to check out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental
- Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.
- Sell guests rooms to walk in guests. Oversee the achievement of the team’s upselling
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, operating procedures and
- Prepare customer’s account and guest’s history.
- Assist in handling customer complaints in an effective manner providing solutions as
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with
- Bookkeeping and Finance duties (balancing cash accounts, end-of-shift reports etc.)
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests and colleagues.
- Degree in Hospitality.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 5-star/Boutique hotel.
- Knowledge of Protel PMS.
- Excellent knowledge and use of the English Language.
- Excellent communication skills.
