Your proficiency in the German language will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience for our German-speaking players.Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional support to German-speaking gamers through numerous platforms, including email, chat, and forums.
Monitor community channels to respond to player inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Collect and analyze feedback from players to facilitate improvements in game features and community dynamics.
Support the planning and execution of community events to foster player interaction and satisfaction.
Identify and report significant trends or recurring issues within the community to inform internal teams.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of gaming industry developments and community preferences.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Please include your nationality and native language details in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
A demonstrated passion for gaming, with familiarity across multiple gaming platforms.
Experience in customer service or community management is highly advantageous.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in using various communication tools and technologies.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
