- Understand business challenges, evaluate them, and investigate complex issues across all Payment Provided Services;
- Resolve findings and discrepancies originating from the daily Reconciliation process;
- Cooperate with multiple departments across different regions to deliver results. Utilize experience, knowledge, and skills of everyone involved;
- Work collaboratively with management on all areas of the production and distribution processes;
- Manage, organize, and review internal Documentation;
- Accurately analyze and collect data to produce business reports that provide insight into key data points;
- Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of business management systems and processes.
- BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations, or a related field in Financial Services;
- AI literacy: Ability to work with and adapt to AI-powered tools (e.g., chatbots, CRM automation, predictive analytics);
- In-depth knowledge of the Interbanking ecosystem and Card Processing Networks;
- Proficient expertise with relational database systems, SQL Server, and log analytics;
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Pivots, formulas, macros, editing, presentation and archivation);
- Comprehension of programming concept, flow of data, and web communication protocols (APIs);
- Strong organization skills, the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, multi-task, and prioritize;
- Be self-driven and a quick learner to adopt new technologies and methodologies;
- Superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical oriented people. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relations among all levels of an organization;
- Familiarization with Microsoft software and platforms will be considered a plus (MS Power BI, MS Power Automate, MS Azure Data Factory).
