We are looking for a Receptionist - Administrative Assistant for a co-working space, to help manage our front desk on a daily basis and mainly to perform a variety of basic administrative office tasks. The co-working space services consist in offering ready-for-use workstations, private spaces and meeting rooms - furniture, internet, electricity, water and cleaning already included in the price of the service. The K project is a unique co-working space located in the heart of the exclusive neighbour of Kifisia: a luxurious late 19th century villa designed by Ernst Ziller, with frescoed ceilings and marble floors, and a lovely garden provide a wonderful frame to services of the highest level. Working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The main tasks are: - management of relationships with suppliers and assistance - supplies management - management of initial and basic administrative tasks - management of internal administrative folders and interaction with the accountant - management of payments via POS - close collaboration with the K project manager and his assistant Shared tasks: - reception of clients and guests at the front desk, greeting and welcoming them, and, when necessary, accompanying them to their meeting rooms. - reception of visitors for the K project tour - management of meeting rooms and their reservations - collaborate with the catering service to offer the best possible experience to customers. - answer, filter and forward incoming calls for the K project and for our customers. - reception, management and sorting of daily mail to the K project and our customers - management of relations with the cleaning company Requirements: Professional attitude and appearance Customer service attitude Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Solid written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English language, written and spoken Knowledge and expertise in Mac OS (mail, pages, number) and Windows (operative system and Office suite) Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
