- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
- Assist with board meeting preparation, minutes, and logistics.
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain office policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate office events, team meetings, and staff communications.
- Support onboarding of new employees and assist with HR-related admin.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Google Workspace) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years supporting C-level executives.
