- Daily on-the-job coaching of the team to improve their sales skills (objection handling, active listening, closing techniques)
- Implement and oversee phone script structure, adding or modifying segments to maximize conversion
- Analyze team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to each team member
- Manage and track ongoing campaigns’ progress, ensuring service level and answer rate targets are met
- Lead daily team meetings to align goals, provide motivational support, and identify training needs
- Develop and propose training sessions to address performance gaps
- Adjust dialer settings and strategies (retry ratios, call flow) to maximize productivity
- Support collaboration with Quality Control and Training teams to enable a culture of continuous improvement
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in Telesales, preferably within the Telco and Energy sectors
- Experience in team supervision and delivering training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to track, analyze, and report team performance metrics
