Our collections are also distributed in the main hotels in Brazil, multi-brand stores, and have a presence in over 10 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION - STORE MANAGER - MYKONOSWe are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Associates for a temporary store located in Mykonos. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, representing our brand of Brazilian men's resortwear.Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to customers.
Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize visual appeal and drive sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory control, and safety regulations.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Communicate effectively with the Brazilian team, providing constant feedback and updates on store performance.
Manage stock levels, including ordering and replenishing inventory as needed.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the store, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Liaise with accountants, banks, and other relevant parties as necessary to address inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
Recrute, form and guide the sales team.
Responsible for the store turnover and team success.
Full assistance on the store opening.
Help with specific points regarding the store opening, processes and link with the internal Brazilian teams.
Act like the representative of the brand in Mykonos.
Create reports and operational information as requested by the headquarters.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role overseeing a team.
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a retail environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Greek or Portuguese is a plus.
Must be available to work during the summer season from April to November in Mykonos.
