- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize visual appeal and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory control, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Communicate effectively with the Brazilian team, providing constant feedback and updates on store performance.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the store, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Liaise with accountants, banks, and other relevant parties as necessary to address inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
- Recrute, form and guide the sales team.
- Responsible for the store turnover and team success.
- Full assistance on the store opening.
- Help with specific points regarding the store opening, processes and link with the internal Brazilian teams.
- Act like the representative of the brand in Mykonos.
- Create reports and operational information as requested by the headquarters.

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role overseeing a team.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Greek or Portuguese is a plus.
- Must be available to work during the summer season from April to November in Mykonos.
