- Proactively execute sales strategies to drive product visibility and growth within the assigned territory, executing customer omni channel engagement initiatives with HCPs, hospitals, and pharmacies to provide scientifically accurate product information, identify new business opportunities, and continuously assess performance against sales targets, making necessary adjustments to achieve short- and mid-term objectives always aligned with established campaigns and the MCCP.
- Develop strong functional and cross functional networks to enhance collaboration to gather actionable feedback, leverage peer insights, foster continuous learning to overcome barriers, enhance sales strategies and improve overall skills and capabilities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with HCPs, hospital decision-makers, and other key stakeholders by providing comprehensive product training, troubleshooting support and organizing educational initiatives such as workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions, to ensure optimal product usage, customer satisfaction, and increased adoption.
- Take ownership of the assigned territory, focusing on outcome driven initiatives while continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare practices within the territory, gathering and sharing insights on customer needs and market challenges with internal teams to refine sales strategies and product positioning, while recommending proactive responses to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's pharmaceutical product portfolio and scientific value propositions, effectively communicating product benefits, usage guidelines, and safety information to HCPs, while responsibly promoting patient-centric outcomes and representing the company at medical conferences, promotional events, and scientific forums to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry ethics codes and legal regulations in all promotional and sales activities, accurately reporting customer interactions, sales performance, and market data in the CRM system, while regularly providing management with insights on territory performance, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference in Life Sciences.
- MSc preferably in Life Sciences would be considered an asset.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in pharma industry, preferaby in the oncology specialty.
- Knowledge of the local health care environment, orientation in the system of regional and faculty hospitals, private and other health facilities.
- Fluency in Greek & English (both written and verbal)
- Flexibility to travel
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Outcome-driven approach and a proven ability to see initiatives through to completion.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, active listening, capable of influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrates a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
