Provide expert consultation to clients regarding product selection and implementation.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations that illustrate the value and features of our offerings.
Deliver high-quality technical support and product knowledge to ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to refine product offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
Create detailed documentation and proposals that clearly outline product benefits and specifications.
Keep abreast of industry trends and product developments to inform client interactions.
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to drive loyalty and engagement.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A background in customer service or product solutions, particularly in a technology-focused environment, is preferred.
Strong grasp of technology and the products relevant to our market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client relations.
A degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or communications is desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to evolving client needs.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer service.
