Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with customer support software and systems is advantageous
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
