Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to marketplace products and services.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
Document customer interactions accurately in our customer support system.
Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve service and address customer feedback.
Stay well-informed about product offerings, promotions, and updates within the marketplace.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service enhancements.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service or a related role, ideally within the e-commerce industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Familiarity with marketplace platforms and customer service software is advantageous.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for assisting customers.
