Real Time Monitoring AnalystAtlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, of the company 360 Connect, a subsidiary of the Vodafone Greece, is currently seeking a dynamic and flexible professional to cover the following position:Real Time Monitoring AnalystJob Description

Closely monitor contact center real time performance and schedule adherence.
Monitor real-time agents' states and work modes, providing feedback to leadership where needed in the context of performance evaluation.
Serve as single point of contact between several departments to identify and communicate any unexpected changes.

Candidate Profile

At least 1 year of experience at inbound/outbound call center
Good knowledge of Call Center key performance indicators (KPIs)
Complete understanding of overall operational activities including phone, email, chat, community and social media support
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office programs
Have the ability to analyse/organize data in a structured manner
Act proactively
Strong communication skills
Customer oriented, patient and positive attitude
