- Closely monitor contact center real time performance and schedule adherence.
- Monitor real-time agents' states and work modes, providing feedback to leadership where needed in the context of performance evaluation.
- Serve as single point of contact between several departments to identify and communicate any unexpected changes.
- At least 1 year of experience at inbound/outbound call center
- Good knowledge of Call Center key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Complete understanding of overall operational activities including phone, email, chat, community and social media support
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office programs
- Have the ability to analyse/organize data in a structured manner
- Act proactively
- Strong communication skills
