Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise applications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HRMS, Salesforce, Jira)
Drive application modernization, automation, and "Digital by Default" initiatives
Define and enforce architecture standards for integration, data flow, and system interoperability
Act as main liaison between IT and business for translating requirements into technical solutions
Manage key vendor relationships, contracts, license usage, and application costs
Ensure application security, compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.), and governance processes
Lead internal teams and external partners in project delivery, support, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years managing enterprise applications in a multi-country, matrixed organization
Strong functional & technical expertise in at least two major platforms (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
Proven experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, and application lifecycle management
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and project management methodologies
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Associate, Salesforce Admin, Oracle HRMS)
