- Translating business needs of clients into business and functional requirements for technology solutions implementation;
- Perform a wide variety of tasks to support the financial analysis process, including compiling data from various data sources using a broad range of tools (MS Excel , Power BI) and building advanced reports;
- Mentor, guide and train junior staff and act as role model;
- Collaboration in a team-oriented environment for developing innovative approaches to address, efficiently, day to day challenges.
- Anticipating change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity;
- Maintain highest standards of business ethics
- 7+ years of professional experience in a relevant role, ideally in a professional services firm;
- Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university;
- Completion or final stage participation in a relevant professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA); will be considered as a plus
- Working knowledge of Power Query and Power BI will be considered as a plus
- Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office;
- Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek).
- A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels;
- Good coaching and mentoring skills for younger team members
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
