IT Systems Engineer 08.2025

• Ensure full compatibility and interoperability across hardware, software, and network components.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems, while documenting system architecture and operational procedures.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for service disruptions and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify system performance, and perform regular health checks to ensure infrastructure stability.
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to assess business needs and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
• Apply system updates, security patches, and perform preventive maintenance to reduce risk and improve uptime.
• Define system specifications, architecture, and design based on business objectives and technical requirements.

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
• Proven experience in IT systems administration, network management, cloud infrastructure, and backup & recovery policies.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud, as well as hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business acumen and an understanding of how IT infrastructure supports core organizational functions.
