Deliver exceptional support to German-speaking partners through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
Address and resolve partner inquiries regarding products, services, and operational concerns
Effectively troubleshoot and manage technical queries
Document all partner interactions comprehensively to maintain clarity in communication
Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and partner satisfaction
Engage in continuous learning and training to keep up to date with our offerings
Adhere to company policies while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
Experience in customer or partner support is a plus, but not essential
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Detail-oriented with a strong desire to provide outstanding service
Basic technical knowledge or a willingness to learn about our products and services
Familiarity with using customer support software and tools
