Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service: Ensure guests receive excellent service and handle any complaints or special requests professionally.Team Supervision: Oversee, support, and motivate service employees and bartenders during service.Operations: Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, table allocations, and smooth floor operations.Training: Help train new team members and ensure service standards are followed.Quality & Compliance: Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards throughout the restaurant.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior employee, ideally within luxury hotel or resort environments.
Fluency in English.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service; basic wine knowledge is a plus.
Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality would be a plus.
