Engage with clients in Spanish to understand their hospitality service needs and preferences.
Provide expert consultations and solutions tailored to enhance client satisfaction.
Assist clients in navigating hospitality service offerings and making informed decisions.
Resolve any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality based on client feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hospitality services.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on the client experience.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends.
