Here, every guest is treated as a cherished friend, and every experience is thoughtfully curated to ensure complete satisfaction.We are now seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Maid / Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team and ensure that each guest enjoys a spotless, welcoming, and relaxing environment.Key Responsibilities:

Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms to the highest standard, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
Linen service: Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed and report any shortages or issues
Rooms: Ensure that all assigned rooms are fully stocked, properly cleaned, and ready for new arrivals
Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, staircases, and service areas
Guest Service: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests for extra items or room assistance
Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the relevant department
Health & Safety: Adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required
Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and correct small inconsistencies in cleanliness and presentation
Physical Endurance: Capability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Language Skills: Basic understanding of English; additional languages are a plus
Professionalism: Discreet, respectful, and mindful of guests' privacy
Team Player: Willingness to work closely with housekeeping and other departments
Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
