
User Acquisition Manager – Cyprus or Greece

- Identify and onboard new partners and marketing agencies with in-app traffic across multiple GEOs, expanding our affiliate network.
- Monitor partners' performance using available reports and tools to ensure they meet KPIs and conversion rate targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure partners are utilizing the appropriate marketing materials to maximize conversion rates and align with brand guidelines.
- Track clients install levels and address any issues proactively to maintain optimal campaign performance.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic using relevant tools and reports to safeguard campaign integrity.
- Measure and report on digital campaign performance, analysing ROI and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign spending and performance for better results.
- Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and develop strategic marketing plans to support affiliates and marketing agencies.
- BSc in Marketing / Business / Media and Communications, or any related degree.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of AppsFlyer.
- Ability to analyse campaign data, identify trends, and optimize spending to improve ROI and meet performance targets.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills to manage affiliate partnerships, support agencies, and ensure smooth operations.
- Process-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
