Through the outstanding knowledge and commitment of our 1850 employees and with a network of 6 production sites, we supply a wide range of 1800 products in 125 international markets.We are looking to recruit:Procurement Planning OfficerΤhe position holder will be required to:

Co-ordinate and execute all activities related to the planning and procurement of raw & packaging materials by converting the output of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into materials requirements.
Ensure material availability to support the production schedule & minimum stock levels to secure operational and production continuity

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execution of Materials Requirements Plans (MRP)
Evaluation of material requisitions plan and messages in order to secure production schedule & to optimize inventory levels
Placement of purchase orders to suppliers for the procurement of materials
Monitoring status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication and mitigation of future potential problems
Planning inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and material forecasts in line with company’s strategy & inventory objectives
Cooperation with Corporate Quality and Corporate Purchasing , providing any requested information necessary for the Suppliers Evaluation

ProfilE / SKILLS:Languages:

Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)

Academic Background:

University degree in Technical or Business field

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills and team work.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
SAP, BI-BW will be considered an asset
