Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and returns
Offer personalized fashion recommendations based on customer preferences
Efficiently resolve customer concerns and issues to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the fashion or retail sector
A strong passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage
