Therefore, you will be exposed to the world of the Tech Payments Sector and that of Financial Services.How you will contribute to EveryPay's visionWe are looking for a Strategy Associate reporting directly to the CEO to assist in the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic initiatives and vision.What will you be doing:Strategic Planning:

Support the CEO & BoD in defining and refining strategic goals and objectives.
Monitor and assess the execution of key strategic projects across departments.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Analyze data to identify new business opportunities, threats, and potential risks.

Executive Support:

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for board meetings, investor updates, and other high-level engagements.
Act as a liaison with other executives or departments to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with different departments (Product, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy.
Support key initiatives across departments and track progress towards strategic objectives.

Project Management:

Manage or support special strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
Provide updates to leadership on project status, challenges, and key milestones.

Problem-Solving & Decision Support:

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and solve complex business problems.
Provide analytical insights to help guide decisions, ensuring they align with overall business strategy.

Performance Monitoring:

Track performance metrics related to strategic initiatives and report on results.
Support the creation of dashboards and tracking tools for performance management.

We will appreciate if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus
3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis.
Prior exposure to high-level strategy development and execution is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
Experience with market research, financial analysis, and project management.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Highly organized, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
