Solutions Consultant with Czech and English

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges.

• Provide training and ongoing support to clients following project completion to ensure optimal use and satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to share informed insights and recommendations with clients.
• Document all stages of client interactions, project details, and deliverable outcomes to ensure transparency.
• Ensure consistent communication with clients throughout the solution lifecycle, fostering a collaborative partnership.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in solutions consulting or a related field that emphasizes client relations.
• Strong knowledge of solution design and the delivery process.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagements.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
• A passion for building relationships and providing exceptional client service.
• Relevant consulting or project management certifications are a plus.
