Both employee champion and change agent, this role anticipates, assesses and delivers the required support by fostering strong professional relationships and providing tailored and impactful People solutions. The People Partner acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. This role supports workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management while fostering a positive work environment and championing HR best practices.Key Responsibilities:Business Partnering
  • Coach and develop managers to lead high-performing teams and grow their people.
  • Engage with managers to understand their objectives and challenges. Align our People strategies to support business goals and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Become a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, PULSE Survey, promotion process and performance management.
  • Support retention strategies to identify and retain top talent across Dialectica.
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives, facilitating change management processes and communication.
  • Act as an expert and impartial advisor on issues related to employee relations.
  • Support, advise on and manage performance related issues and progressive improvement plans
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all practices and behaviours company wide comply with local legal regulations and align with Dialectica's values.
  • Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying our talent and ensure people-related initiatives have ROI that add to organizational value and output.
  • Use HR systems to identify data and insights that support business strategy. Make proactive and data-centric proposals.
  • Contribute to People audits as required.
Collaboration and Leadership
  • Work effectively and cross-functionally across the People function, unlocking and accessing needed support, to ensure a world-class employee experience. This will include functional areas such as workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and People Operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline People processes and enhance service delivery.
Culture
  • Collaborate closely with managers across Dialectica to foster an entrepreneurial and inclusive culture focused on achieving our business goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years' progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Balanced understanding of all specialist areas: L&D, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, comp & Ben or specialist experience in at least one of them.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist in different areas or HR generalist /HR Business Partner/ HR Account Manager
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices in Greece
  • Consistent track record of strong business partnership within a dynamic, fast-paced and agile environment
