Keep our financial records sharp and up to date—think journal entries, account reconciliations, and transaction tracking.
Manager the invoice life cycle: send them, receive them, follow up on them. You’ll be in regular contact with clients and external accountants to keep things running smoothly.
Support our finance reporting efforts by helping prepare balance sheets, cashflow statements, and other financial docs that help us steer the spaceship.
Help build and update dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets to keep key metrics front and center.
Enter and manage financial data across systems, and support basic analysis to help identify trends and insights.
Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the board.
Stay on top of compliance and make sure we’re aligned with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Be a go-to operational support hero—organize records, respond to queries, and keep the Finance & Ops engine running like clockwork.

RequirementsYour Superpowers 🚀:

1+ year of experience in a finance, accounting, or Ops role—bonus points if it involved external stakeholders or clients.
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, maybe even a macro or two.
Familiarity with accounting tools and principles (we love efficiency!).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Eagle-eyed attention to detail and a love for tidy ledgers.
You thrive under deadlines and know how to prioritize like a pro.
Comfortable engaging with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
